Site Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Site Engineer to be actively involved in all stages of project delivery, from tender handovers to site establishment and risk management. You will ensure safety, time, cost and quality are effectively managed throughout the construction process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project launches, site establishments and construction staging.
• Handle safety, risk, cost, time and quality controls.
• Coordinate client relationships and monitor subcontractor performance.
• Report production costs daily, weekly and monthly.
• Procure plant, equipment and materials, and issue PMP, SWM and MSD documents.
• Ensure project compliance with the Integrated Management System.

Required profile

• Relevant engineering experience, preferably with infrastructure projects.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
• Strong ability to build client relationships.
• Excellent rapport with subcontractors.
• Experience in contract management.
