Project Manager – Major Infrastructure Projects

About the role

Fulton Hogan is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead major pavement and civil projects within our Infrastructure Services business in Queensland. Based in Eight Mile Plains, you will manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver pavement and civil projects from initiation through to completion.
• Maintain a Safety‑First approach and ensure compliance with all safety standards.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to meet project targets.
• Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Motivate and develop project teams to achieve high performance.

Required profile

• Proven project management and leadership experience in pavement or civil construction.
• Track record of delivering safe projects on time and within budget.
• Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a complex, diverse environment.
• Relevant engineering or project management qualification.
