About the role

Hungry Jack's is looking for a Shift Supervisor for its Wyong M1 Northbound and Wyong M1 Southbound locations. The role leads and supervises shifts to keep operations smooth and safe, while supporting sales growth and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise shifts to ensure smooth and safe operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Provide training and coaching to team members.
• Role model outstanding guest service.
• Support sales growth through exceptional service and suggestive selling.
• Execute the National Marketing Plan to enhance the customer experience.
• Encourage a culture of inclusiveness, trust and accountability.

Required profile

• Experience in retail or hospitality.
• A passion for training, coaching and mentoring team members.
