Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
• Lead and coach team members to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Maintain high standards for food preparation, presentation, and safety.
• Handle cash, banking, payroll, and basic office administration.
• Order stock, manage inventory, and oversee cleaning schedules.
• Support marketing promotions and ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
