Serviceperson Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking a Serviceperson Maintenance to join our permanent team at the Boddington Bauxite Mine in Western Australia. Working a 42‑hour day/night roster, you will be based on‑site (drive‑in/drive‑out) and support reliable mine operations through safe and efficient maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders in line with planning and work instructions.
• Record work history, notifications and material usage accurately in SAP.
• Assist in fault finding, root‑cause analysis and continuous maintenance improvements.
• Report hazards, incidents and equipment status promptly and clearly.

Required profile

• Experience in mine maintenance environments, supporting preventative maintenance.
• Ability to follow structured processes with high attention to detail.
• Proficient in using SAP for work execution and record keeping.
• Collaborative approach with production, planning and maintenance teams.
• Commitment to safe work practices and proactive hazard reporting.
• Flexibility to manage tasks and adapt to changing site priorities.
