About the role
Hastha Solutions has an urgent requirement for an Integration ServiceNow Platform Engineer on a 6-month contract in Sydney, with possible extension. The role covers hands-on ServiceNow platform configuration, customisation and integrations.
Required profile
- Australian or New Zealand citizens or PR holders only.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with core platform configuration and customisation.
Required skills
- Platform components: business rules, client scripts, UI policies and UI actions, Flow Designer, script includes, notifications, scheduled jobs and ACLs.
- Integrations: REST and SOAP APIs (inbound and outbound), import sets and transform maps, scripted REST APIs, authentication methods (OAuth, Basic Auth) and JSON/XML handling.
- Experience with SSO, ITSM and ERP product integrations.
- Desirable: HRSD module, ServiceNow Portal / Employee Centre configuration, widget configuration, telephony integration.
