ServiceNow Administrator

About the role

LTM Australia is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to manage enterprise‑scale ServiceNow platforms for highly regulated clients. You will work across administration, ITSM operations, automation, governance and release management to ensure a stable and high‑performing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support ServiceNow environments across Development, Test and Production.
• Manage users, groups, roles and access controls (ACLs).
• Maintain platform health through monitoring, patching, upgrades, cloning and environment management.
• Handle update set creation, migration and deployment across environments.
• Provide L2/L3 support for Incident, Problem, Change and Service Catalog modules.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root‑cause analysis and ensure SLA compliance.
• Configure and customise Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Workflows and Flow Designer.
• Automate manual processes to improve operational efficiency and support release planning and governance.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience as a ServiceNow Administrator in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience supporting ITSM operations (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog).
• Understanding of ServiceNow governance, security and compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage update sets, environment migrations, patching, upgrades and releases.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to perform root‑cause analysis.
