Service Technician – Washroom Hygiene (Cleaner Driver)

About the role
Join Rentokil Initial as a Service Technician responsible for maintaining washroom hygiene products across a variety of client sites in Australia. This full‑time, on‑site position combines driving, customer interaction and hands‑on service to ensure clean and safe commercial environments.
Key responsibilities
- Travel to client locations using a company‑provided vehicle and complete service visits on schedule.
- Service, install, and maintain washroom hygiene dispensers, hand dryers and related equipment.
- Identify hygiene or service issues on‑site and recommend corrective actions.
- Document service activities and report using mobile technology.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Required profile
- Current, active Australian driver’s licence (green P‑plates accepted).
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Ability to work independently and meet service targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to safety, health and environmental policies.
Required skills
- Proficiency with mobile devices for documentation and reporting.
