Service Technician – Photo Imaging

About the role

Join Fujifilm in Queensland as a Service Technician, delivering equipment installations, repairs and maintenance for photographic imaging solutions. You will provide technical support both remotely and on‑site, ensuring reliable operation of cutting‑edge printing and processing equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot operator issues via phone or remote assistance and attend on‑site to complete repairs safely and efficiently.
• Manage service and installation documentation, including parts ordering, returns and site inspections.
• Participate in weekend on‑call duties and occasional after‑hours work, with travel across Queensland and interstate as required.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree or TAFE certificate in Engineering or Mechatronics.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with attention to detail.
• Restricted Electrical License preferred.

Required skills

• Equipment installation and repair of photographic processing equipment.
• Routine maintenance and technical support.
• Basic networking knowledge.
