Service Technician – Large Format Printers

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Field Service Technician to join our team, providing on‑site support for large‑format printers and cutting equipment across Australia and the Pacific Islands. Based in Emu Plains, you will work closely with our service team and suppliers to ensure customers receive reliable, high‑quality technical assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Install and commission large‑format printers, cutting machinery and associated software.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine servicing of equipment.
• Diagnose faults, troubleshoot and repair breakdowns on‑site or via remote login.
• Provide technical support by phone, remote access and in‑person visits.
• Train customers on proper operation and maintenance of equipment.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Field Service Technician in the printing or graphics industry.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and independent work ethic.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Current driver’s licence, passport and willingness to travel throughout Australia and occasionally to Pacific Islands.
