Service Technician – General

About the role

You will be responsible for maintaining, repairing and testing a range of healthcare equipment. The role supports the CASE representative with assemblies, breakdowns, deliveries and the set‑up of new devices, ensuring customers receive reliable service.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and complete repairs and servicing with a high level of technical skill and customer focus.
• Prepare clear, accurate and concise service records for each job.
• Maintain service tools, equipment and the company vehicle in good condition and ensure adequate inventory.
• Become an expert on Aidacare products, staying up‑to‑date with new features and using this knowledge to deliver seamless repairs.
• Uphold safety and product integrity in line with Australian Standards and company policies.

Required profile

• Mechanical or Service Technician background, preferably within the healthcare or service sector.
• Strong problem‑solving ability to meet customer needs.
• Excellent communication and professional customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with solid time‑management, punctuality and administrative capabilities.
• Current, valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to client sites.
