Service Technician (Full‑time)

About the role

An exciting permanent full‑time opportunity for a motivated, customer‑focused Service Technician to join Miele’s Australian team. You will be the face of the brand, travelling to customers’ homes to service premium domestic appliances.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out quality service repairs and fault diagnosis on Miele appliances in customer homes and occasionally in the workshop.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through professional communication and service excellence.
• Manage allocated jobs efficiently to achieve strong first‑time‑fix results and minimise downtime.
• Complete service documentation, invoices and payment processing accurately and on time.
• Maintain van stock, tools and company equipment to ensure operational readiness.
• Resolve customer concerns in the field and escalate technical issues where required.

Required profile

• Minimum disconnect/reconnect electrical licence.
• Current and valid Australian driver’s licence.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and prioritise workloads.

Required skills

• Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills across electrical and mechanical systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
