Service Support Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Service Support Officer to provide effective and timely administrative support to our trans‑disciplinary team in Mandurah. The role ensures smooth day‑to‑day operations, enabling our staff to deliver high‑quality services to victim‑survivors across Western Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of OVIS services to provide accurate information to clients and the community.
• Deliver organisational and administrative assistance, including facilities liaison, managing stationery and consumables, and coordinating meetings and room bookings.
• Provide high‑level admin support to the Service Support Lead and other team members.
• Assist with broader OVIS Community Services administration, including MYOB data entry, payments and invoice processing.
• Answer phone calls and respond to routine enquiries in a professional manner.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within a community or health‑related setting.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Compassionate attitude with a commitment to supporting victim‑survivors.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MYOB accounting software.
