Service Sales Engineer – Hydraulics

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Service Sales Engineer – Hydraulics to join Bosch Rexroth in Perth. The role focuses on driving aftermarket and service sales growth while providing technical support to customers across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and aftermarket opportunities across the region.
• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships through regular engagement and technical support.
• Prepare quotations, service contract proposals and follow up on current and future work opportunities.
• Provide technical advice and solutions to customers and support the service team with specialist knowledge.
• Negotiate tender and contract requirements to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Coordinate service activities and ensure successful delivery of service projects.
• Collaborate with Service, Engineering, Purchasing, Production and other internal teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records, opportunities and pipeline information and provide regular reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years' experience in aftermarket sales, service sales, technical account management or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Strong experience within hydraulics, industrial equipment, heavy industry or manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to build long‑term customer relationships, identify growth opportunities and support technical service solutions.
• Sound technical understanding of hydraulic systems and fluid‑power products.
