Service Leader - Southport

About the role

Camp Australia runs a childcare service in Southport, Queensland, where children are at the centre of everything. As Service Leader you will lead a team of educators who create a safe, welcoming space for children to relax, have fun and flourish. You will design and maintain an engaging, safe and compliant program.

Key responsibilities

• Plan exciting daily activities for primary-aged children
• Prepare and serve healthy snacks
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families and the local school community

Required profile

• Completed or working towards a childcare-related Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain it
• Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates, or willingness to obtain them
• Valid Child Protection training certificate and Food Safety Supervisor certificate, or willingness to obtain them
• National Child Safety Training, or willingness to obtain it
• Availability Monday to Friday, 6:30 am - 8:40 am and 2:20 pm - 6:00 pm
