Service Integrity Analyst

About the role

Nielsen is looking for a Service Integrity Analyst in Lane Cove to keep its television audience measurement panels healthy. The role coordinates the recruitment and repair of households needed to meet contractual obligations, supports the data delivery team and ensures quality of the product output.

Key responsibilities

• Support the data delivery team so that daily data is delivered according to contractual KPIs and commitments
• Oversee scheduled data delivery for VOZ production and delivery to clients
• Ensure quality assurance of product output after changes to production systems
• Review systems and procedures on an ongoing basis and identify improvements
• Compile specifications, document processes and methodologies for internal and external reporting
• Provide ad-hoc reporting to the Executive team and key clients, and ad-hoc statistical and technical support such as technical data queries
• Maintain technical documentation and support third-party software suppliers

Required profile

• Experience supporting client deliverables
• Able to work to tight deadlines and adapt to changing tasks and projects
• Strong communication skills across all levels, with writing and speaking abilities suited to explaining technical concepts simply
• Ability to scan panel composition reports proactively for trends and use all data sources to prioritise remedial actions

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Sound knowledge of statistical concepts
• Intermediate knowledge of Tableau
• Python or SAS knowledge is desirable
