Service Desk Analyst – IT Support (Sydney)

About the role

Join efex as a Service Desk Analyst and become the first point of contact for a diverse range of clients. You will deliver high‑quality IT support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation of client environments while working in a collaborative, fast‑paced team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional IT support and exceptional customer service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues across workstations, servers, networks and cloud services.
• Manage service requests and incidents using Salesforce, maintaining accurate ticket notes and documentation.
• Apply security best practices during implementations and routine tasks.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless, end‑to‑end service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an MSP or internal IT support environment.
• Strong client‑facing and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑moving, organised manner.
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and staying current with new technologies.
