About the role

MSS Security, one of Australia's leading security companies, is looking for an experienced and motivated Service Delivery Coordinator to join its Western Australia team. Reporting to the Operations Team, the coordinator supports the delivery of security services across multiple client sites in Western Australia. The role suits a highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with clients, employees and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support security operations across multiple client locations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and site stakeholders
• Assist with rostering, workforce planning and operational coverage
• Support recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, company policies and legislative obligations
• Provide administrative and operational support to the leadership team

Required profile

• Current driver's licence
• Previous experience in security operations, service delivery or coordination
• Full Australian working rights
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

Required skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with rostering and workforce management systems
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Strong administration and organisational abilities
