Service Delivery and Rostering Officer

About the role

HenderCare is looking for an experienced customer service professional to join its Service Delivery and Rostering team in Perth. This is a permanent full-time role combining customer service, service coordination and rostering, helping connect clients with the right support workers so services are delivered reliably. You will work a mix of weekdays and weekends on a rotating roster, paid at the applicable award rates.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule client support services in line with care plans
• Fill roster vacancies and respond to scheduling changes
• Match clients with suitable support workers based on their needs, skills and availability
• Maintain accurate client, service and roster information
• Assist with client intake, appointments and NDIS documentation
• Respond to client and support worker enquiries in a timely manner
• Monitor rosters and proactively resolve service gaps
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders

Required profile

• Experienced in a fast-paced, customer-focused position, able to prioritise and work autonomously under tight deadlines
• Proactive and customer-focused, comfortable managing competing priorities
• Right to work in Australia; successful candidates must undergo pre-employment checks
• Prior rostering and scheduling experience, or experience in community care, disability, aged care or healthcare, is highly regarded
