Customer Care Coordinator

About the role

ABN Group is hiring a Customer Care Coordinator in Perth, WA, for its service and maintenance division, At Home Assist. The role reports to the After Care Team Lead and is the first point of contact for homeowners after they receive the keys to their new home, guiding them through service and warranty enquiries. No construction experience is needed, as full training and ongoing support are provided.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers navigating their aftercare experience
• Manage enquiries with empathy, professionalism and efficiency
• Handle sensitive and emotionally charged conversations with confidence and care
• Ensure all customer interactions are recorded, tracked and resolved in a timely manner
• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver a seamless, positive customer experience

Required profile

• Thrives in customer-facing roles and enjoys helping others
• Resilient and composed, even when conversations become emotional or complex
• Communicates clearly, confidently and with empathy
• Comfortable with difficult discussions, organised and proactive
• Able to manage your own workload
• Background in retail, hospitality, customer service, administration or another customer-focused role is welcome
