About the role
We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join our AI training team. You will work remotely from Australia, helping to train and evaluate AI chatbots by assigning writing and editing tasks, measuring progress, and improving model quality.
Key responsibilities
- Provide AI chatbots with writing and editing assignments.
- Evaluate chatbot outputs for correctness, style, and performance.
- Measure model progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct research and fact‑checking to support model training.
Required profile
- Fluent English at native or bilingual level.
- Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- Strong writing and editing expertise.
- Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
