Service Centre Manager

About the role

O’Brien® Automotive Glass is seeking an experienced, people‑driven leader to manage its high‑volume Cranbourne Service Centre. You will be the heartbeat of daily operations, leading a dedicated team while strengthening relationships with customers, insurers and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire a high‑performing team.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and manage key stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee daily and weekly scheduling in a fast‑moving environment.
• Monitor performance, KPIs and budgets, driving safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Build a positive, high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• People‑first leader with strong coaching and performance‑management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Confidence using operational systems and analysing data.
• Collaborative, engaging leadership style and commitment to operational excellence.
• Automotive industry experience is highly regarded but not essential.
