Service Catalogue Manager – 12‑month Fixed‑Term

About the role

The Service Catalogue Manager will lead the design, development, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Service Request Catalogue within Datacom's ITSM platform. You will work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders and end‑users to ensure a seamless, efficient service request experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop processes, tools and capabilities to foster a knowledge‑sharing culture.
• Maintain internal knowledge for functional areas and produce unified support documents.
• Analyse program outlines with subject‑matter experts to create support manuals.
• Define and manage user roles, permissions, information architecture and taxonomy.
• Identify and support automation of repetitive tasks using Datacom knowledge‑management frameworks.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience in Service Catalogue, Service Portfolio or Request Management.
• Experience in complex MSP, SIAM or multi‑provider environments with integrated ITSM tooling.
• Strong understanding of ITIL, CSDM, ISO/IEC 20000 and service‑management best practices.
• Proven ability to analyse service consumption, performance and customer experience metrics.

Required skills

• ServiceNow Service Catalogue administration, governance, reporting and service modelling.
• Jira Service Management (JSM) platform experience.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification (preferred).
• Knowledge of catalogue governance frameworks, taxonomy and lifecycle management.
