Service and Warranty Supervisor – Melbourne South East

About the role

The Service & Warranty Supervisor will own post‑construction service and warranty matters across Melbourne's South East, ensuring homeowners receive high‑quality support long after handover. This role involves on‑site inspections, defect resolution and building strong relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct new‑home service and warranty inspections across the region.
• Identify, assess and resolve building defects and maintenance issues.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and service requests.
• Coordinate trades, suppliers and contractors to complete rectification works.
• Provide technical advice to customers throughout the warranty process.
• Manage warranty outcomes in line with company standards, VBA requirements and industry best practice.

Required profile

• Previous experience in service & warranty, maintenance, site supervision or construction within residential building.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods and defect diagnosis.
• Knowledge of VBA requirements, building regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Current Australian driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Ability to assess and diagnose residential building defects.
• Proficiency in preparing inspection reports and coordinating rectification work.
