Service Account Manager

About the role

KONE, an innovation leader in the elevator and escalator industry, is seeking a Service Account Manager to join its Service Sales Team in Brisbane, Queensland. The role nurtures existing customer relationships and identifies new business opportunities to expand the customer portfolio and drive service growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build a deep understanding of customer needs to ensure satisfaction and retention, while identifying and maximising sales opportunities.
• Drive account growth by identifying value-added solutions and upselling opportunities within existing customer portfolios.
• Proactively develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers to support long-term growth.
• Develop compelling value propositions that clearly state the benefits and business impact of KONE's service solutions.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years' experience in an account management, sales specialist or business development role.
• Construction or building services industry experience is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• A customer service mindset.
