SEO Specialist & Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an SEO Specialist & Account Manager to own strategy, performance and client relationships across a portfolio of ambitious businesses. You will work closely with our SEO, development, design and paid‑media teams to turn client goals into measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end SEO strategies covering technical, content, on‑page and off‑page optimisation.
• Lead client strategy sessions, present performance insights and recommend growth opportunities.
• Conduct technical audits, migrations, schema implementation and CRO recommendations.
• Analyse data from GA4, Search Console and other tools to set priorities and actions.
• Collaborate with developers, designers and paid‑media specialists to ensure proper implementation.
• Own performance outcomes, monitor results and iterate on tactics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the SEO practice and test emerging trends.

Required profile

• 3+ years of SEO experience, preferably agency‑side.
• Strong technical SEO knowledge and ability to explain strategies to clients.
• Proactive, curious and ownership‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail.

Required skills

• GA4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager.
• Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush.
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• WordPress, Shopify, Craft CMS, Webflow.
