SEO Manager – Perth

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead our client portfolio in Perth. You will shape and execute SEO strategies, drive measurable results, and mentor a talented team while collaborating with national and cross‑functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for diverse clients.
• Lead and coach a team of SEO specialists, fostering knowledge sharing.
• Maintain senior client relationships, presenting insights and strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate with the Perth and national SEO teams to deliver integrated search and media campaigns.
• Manage workflow, prioritize tasks, and ensure high‑quality delivery across the client portfolio.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on SEO experience, with a strong focus on technical SEO, content, linking and ecommerce.
• Proven ability to build senior‑level client relationships and communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Strategic thinker who can uncover opportunities and translate data into actionable insights.
• Self‑aware performer who leverages strengths and seeks support to address weaknesses.
