SEO Manager – Lead Digital Projects

About the role

Australian Internet Advertising (AIA) is looking for an ambitious SEO Manager to lead high‑impact organic strategies from our modern St Leonards office. You will own end‑to‑end SEO programmes for multiple clients, turning data‑driven insights into measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create, execute and optimise long‑term SEO strategies aligned with client goals.
• Lead technical SEO, CRO, content marketing and off‑site link building initiatives.
• Stay current on Google algorithm updates and emerging search trends.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing expectations, timelines and communication.
• Prepare and deliver strategic presentations and performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal creatives and performance teams to integrate SEO with broader campaigns.
• Analyse data metrics to generate actionable business recommendations.

Required profile

• 4+ years in a digital marketing agency, with at least 2 years in a client‑facing account management role.
• Deep knowledge of SEO best practices and fundamentals of HTML/CSS.
• Proficiency with Google Search Console and major SEO tools.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience producing comprehensive reports.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Based in Sydney and able to work full‑time on‑site.
