SEO Lead

About the role

ZEDER Corporation is seeking an experienced SEO Lead to own organic growth across its portfolio of globally recognised automotive brands. Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, you will shape the SEO and AI Search strategy for multiple markets and guide a talented team to deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the SEO and AI Search roadmap for all ZEDER brands, covering technical SEO, on‑page optimisation, content, and authority building.
• Lead AI Search and GEO readiness initiatives to ensure brand visibility in AI Overviews and LLM‑driven search results.
• Manage, mentor and develop a team of SEO specialists while remaining hands‑on with high‑priority tasks.
• Prioritise projects based on commercial value, produce performance reports and align stakeholders around clear plans.

Required profile

• 5+ years of SEO experience, preferably 7+ years, in multi‑site, multi‑region e‑commerce environments.
• Proven track record of managing and developing a team.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑driven search platforms such as AI Overviews, Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.
• Strong technical SEO foundation with demonstrable organic growth results.
