SEO Lead – Drive Organic Growth & AI Search

About the role

ZEDER Corporation is seeking an experienced SEO Lead to own and accelerate organic growth across its portfolio of globally recognised automotive brands. Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, you will shape the SEO and AI Search strategy for markets in Australia, the USA, the UK and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global SEO and AI Search roadmap covering technical SEO, on‑page optimisation, content creation and authority building.
• Lead AI Search readiness, ensuring ZEDER brands appear in AI Overviews and LLM‑driven results such as Claude, ChatGPT and Perplexity.
• Manage, mentor and grow a team of SEO specialists while remaining hands‑on with high‑priority tasks.
• Prioritise initiatives by commercial impact, produce performance reports and align cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of SEO experience (7+ years preferred), ideally in multi‑site, multi‑region e‑commerce.
• Proven track record of managing and developing a high‑performing team.
• Hands‑on experience with AI Search platforms and measurable organic growth.
• Legal right to work in Australia.
