SEO & GEO Lead – Full or Part Time

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SEO specialist with a curiosity for Generative Engine Optimisation to help build a new GEO practice from the ground up. Based in our Perth studio, you will lead SEO and GEO strategy across a diverse client portfolio, using our proprietary Solais platform to monitor brand visibility in large language models.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical SEO audits, on‑page optimisation, internal linking and content structure for multiple clients.
• Develop and launch our GEO practice, ensuring client citations appear in AI‑generated answers.
• Use Solais daily to track brand mentions across LLMs, analyse trends and feed insights back into the product.
• Design and run experiments to adapt to the rapidly changing AI search landscape.
• Communicate GEO concepts clearly to clients, many of whom are unfamiliar with the discipline.

Required profile

• Several years of proven SEO experience with measurable results.
• Genuine interest in how language models retrieve and cite information.
• Creative mindset for developing unique content that supports SEO and GEO.
• Confidence to interact directly with clients and honesty to report when strategies are not working.
