SEO & CRO Specialist

About the role

Join Travel Associates to drive organic growth and shape the future of digital discovery for a leading luxury travel brand. You will lead SEO, AI Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) initiatives across a newly launched website.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO and AEO strategies to increase organic visibility.
• Conduct keyword research, content gap analysis and on‑page optimisation (metadata, headings, internal linking, structured data).
• Design, run and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests to improve enquiry conversion rates.
• Analyse customer funnels, website behaviour and Fullstory insights to identify friction points and recommend improvements.
• Monitor technical SEO performance, including site structure, indexing, crawlability and page speed.
• Provide regular reporting on SEO, AEO and CRO performance against targets using GA4, Google Search Console and Ahrefs.

Required profile

• Business degree or related field.
• 3‑5 years experience in SEO, AEO or CRO.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
