Senior Trainer – Empower Trainees to Achieve Employment

About the role

As a Senior Trainer at RISE Training, you will lead, coach and mentor trainees, helping them build workplace skills, confidence and independence. You will work closely with trainees, trainers, employers and families to create positive outcomes that change lives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality one‑on‑one and group training sessions.
• Support trainees in developing workplace skills, confidence and independence.
• Coach participants toward achieving individual employment goals.
• Develop and maintain engaging training resources.
• Mentor and support other trainers within the hub.
• Assist with onboarding and development of new team members.
• Promote best‑practice training and participant support approaches.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and program quality.
• Monitor and report on participant progress and pathway outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with employers, families and community stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience in disability services, employment services, training, education or allied health (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to connect with people, inspire confidence and support meaningful growth.
