Senior Tax Advisor

About the role

As a Senior Tax Advisor you will report to the Group Tax Manager and support CTM’s global tax affairs, providing high‑quality, timely advice to Group and Regional Finance teams. You will help identify and manage tax risks while ensuring compliance across more than 20 jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical tax advice to finance teams and translate business initiatives into tax opportunities.
• Support preparation and coordination of global tax compliance obligations, ensuring accurate returns and payments.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore support functions to improve tax processes and efficiency.

Required profile

• 4+ years’ experience in a Big 4/large CA firm or internal tax function of a large business.
• CA/CPA qualification or relevant higher education.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Proactive commercial mindset with focus on process improvement.

Required skills

• Experience with income tax returns, financial reporting tax disclosures and tax accounting.
• Knowledge of income tax legislation and OECD transfer pricing principles.
• Familiarity with Hyperion Financial Management (preferred).
