Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor (NDIS Allied Health)

About the role

A growing, purpose-led organisation in the disability and allied health sector is recruiting an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor through a partner agency. This is a hands-on role delivering end-to-end recruitment while partnering with operational leaders to support workforce growth across a geographically dispersed business. Previous recruitment experience within an NDIS environment is a must.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of recruitment across allied health, operational and corporate roles, balancing delivery with sourcing, talent pipelining and continuous improvement
• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles, disciplines and locations
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities
• Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and critical roles and build proactive talent pipelines, especially in allied health
• Handle candidate screening, interviews, shortlists, offers and recruitment administration
• Coordinate NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Checks, police checks and right-to-work verification
• Support workforce planning, employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
• Maintain recruitment systems and report on recruitment activity and outcomes
• Identify ways to improve recruitment processes and the candidate experience

Required profile

• Previous talent acquisition experience within an NDIS environment
• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience managing multiple vacancies and stakeholders
• Sound understanding of recruitment compliance and workforce screening requirements
• Stakeholder management skills and confidence partnering with operational leaders
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience recruiting allied health or clinical professionals, and across multi-site or geographically dispersed organisations, is particularly valuable
