About the role
We are seeking a Senior System Engineer with deep expertise in TIDAL to join our Sydney team on a contract basis. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining automated job schedules that support critical business processes.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse, design and maintain job schedules using TIDAL.
- Create, migrate and maintain job definitions, calendars, dependencies and alerts.
- Monitor job execution, balance workloads and fine‑tune performance.
- Troubleshoot job failures and system issues, providing root‑cause analysis and resolutions.
Required profile
- Strong experience with TIDAL job scheduling and workload automation.
- Proven ability to manage complex job dependencies and performance tuning.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Eligibility to work in Australia or New Zealand (citizen/PR holder).
