Senior System Engineer

About the role

Our client is seeking a Senior System Engineer to consult on cloud and infrastructure solutions, deliver project work, and resolve escalated technical issues while ensuring a high‑quality customer experience. MSP experience and relevant Microsoft certifications are essential, with a competitive salary package of $120,000‑$140,000 plus superannuation.

Key responsibilities

• Consult on cloud and infrastructure solutions for clients.
• Deliver project work and support operational maturity.
• Handle escalations from Level 2 engineers.
• Share knowledge and follow established processes and ticketing systems.
• Provide strong service and communication support to customers.

Required profile

• 5+ years in a Systems/Cloud Engineer role.
• Experience migrating on‑premises environments to the cloud.
• Australian citizen or permanent resident.
• Microsoft MS‑102 and/or AZ‑104 certification highly beneficial.
• Solid exposure to cybersecurity practices.
