Senior Supply & Demand Planner

About the role

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Senior Supply & Demand Planner for its Baby and Child Care (BCC) business. The role is responsible for leading supply planning, maximizing customer service and minimizing costs while collaborating with global manufacturing sites and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a China‑based dispatch planner, overseeing purchase order creation and mixed‑container optimization.
• Maximise customer service metrics (DIFOT, OBSL) and control inventory costs through effective ordering and safety‑stock management.
• Partner with overseas mills in China, Singapore and Korea, chairing weekly supply and production meetings.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Finance to develop robust 24‑month demand forecasts, including baseline and promotional plans.
• Act as the point of contact for short‑term demand changes and allocation of limited stock.
• Support new‑product‑development projects, ensuring supply‑chain milestones are met without unplanned costs.
• Analyse performance data, identify process‑improvement opportunities and present findings in S&OP forums.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply and demand planning within a global consumer‑goods environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across manufacturing, sales, marketing and finance.
• Leadership experience managing at least one direct report.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
