Senior Supervisor – Civil & Structural Projects

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead complex civil and structural works on the Lumsden Point infrastructure project in Western Australia. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality concrete structures while maintaining a strong safety culture on a FIFO roster.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day delivery of concrete, structural and civil works across multiple fronts.
• Coordinate subcontractors, plant and labour to meet program targets.
• Monitor productivity, report progress and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks, enforce WHS procedures and manage high‑risk activities.
• Support planning, sequencing and resource allocation with engineers and site teams.
• Resolve complex site issues and optimise construction methodologies.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in large‑scale infrastructure concrete construction.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multiple contractor interfaces.
• Experience with heavy lifting operations, including 350 t crawler cranes.
• Strong site leadership and problem‑solving skills.
