Senior Strategy Consultant – Freelance AI Project

About the role

We are seeking experienced strategy consultants to help shape AI learning environments by translating real consulting engagements into structured tasks for advanced language models. This remote, project‑based role focuses on designing realistic consulting scenarios and evaluation frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Build detailed consulting project environments that reflect real‑world dynamics, including industry context, financials, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents, covering market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, benchmarking, and more.
• Define grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate LLM‑based assessment systems.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at a top‑tier firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Comfort presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain situations.
