Senior Strategy Consultant – Freelance AI Project

About the role

We are seeking a senior strategy consultant to help design realistic consulting scenarios for training advanced AI systems. The role is freelance, remote, and focuses on translating real‑world consulting engagements into structured learning environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed, industry‑specific consulting project scenarios, including financials, constraints, and ambiguous inputs.
• Design discrete consulting tasks (e.g., market sizing, cost optimisation, growth strategy) that AI agents will tackle.
• Create evaluation rubrics, grading frameworks and golden‑answer solutions for each task to enable large‑language‑model based assessment.
• Collaborate with the AI and data generation team to ensure scenarios reflect authentic consulting workflows.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at a top‑tier firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, Strategy&).
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial models, conduct market analysis and produce client‑ready deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Experience presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.
