Senior Strategy Consultant – Freelance AI Project

About the role

We are looking for a senior strategy consultant with experience at a top‑tier consulting firm to help design realistic consulting scenarios for an AI training platform. The role is remote, project‑based and focuses on translating real‑world consulting engagements into structured tasks for large language models.

Key responsibilities

• Build detailed, industry‑specific consulting project environments, including context, financials, constraints and incomplete information.
• Design discrete consulting tasks (e.g., market sizing, cost optimisation, growth strategy) that mirror actual consulting work.
• Create grading frameworks, evaluation rubrics and golden‑answer solutions for each task to train an LLM‑based assessment system.
• Collaborate with the AI data team to ensure the scenarios are aligned with the platform’s technical requirements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, build financial models or market analyses, and deliver client‑ready recommendations under tight deadlines.
• Experience presenting and defending recommendations in uncertain environments.
