Senior Speech Pathologist (Part-Time)

About the role

Ability Action Australia, a national therapy provider helping children and adults, is looking for an experienced Speech Pathologist to join its large, established multidisciplinary team in Bundoora. The role suits clinicians with 5+ years of experience who want to stay close to their clinical work while developing leadership capability through a 12-month Team Lead Development Program. It is part-time, with a minimum of 3 days per week.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapy across home, school and community settings.
• Complete assessments and develop meaningful, participant-centred therapy plans.
• Work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team and support the development of others.
• Build your own clinical expertise while developing your leadership capability.

Required profile

• Certified Practising Speech Pathologist with SPA registration.
• 5+ years of clinical experience.
• Experience working within the NDIS.
• Enjoys a collaborative multidisciplinary environment and likes sharing knowledge with less experienced clinicians.
