About the role

Ability Action Australia, a national NDIS therapy provider, is recruiting a Senior Speech Pathologist in Bundoora. The role suits a clinician who naturally mentors others, enjoys solving complex clinical challenges and wants to lead while continuing the clinical work they love.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor, coach and formally supervise Speech Pathologists.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy across home, school and community settings.
• Complete assessments and develop meaningful, individualised therapy goals.
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists and Behaviour Support Practitioners.
• Help build a positive clinical culture where clinicians genuinely enjoy coming to work.

Required profile

• Certified Practising Speech Pathologist.
• NDIS experience.
• Enjoys mentoring and developing other clinicians.
• Passionate about evidence-based practice and leadership.
