Senior Speech Pathologist - Northcote and Werribee

About the role

Ignite Healthcare, a clinician-led, community-based allied health provider across Melbourne, is hiring multiple Senior Speech Pathologists for its Northcote and Werribee sites. As a clinical supervisor, you will support quality and continuous care and build the confidence and skills of new graduates, early-career clinicians and those new to community practice.

Key responsibilities

• Support Speech Pathology students on clinical placement with Ignite Healthcare
• Provide clinical supervision to new graduate clinicians, early career clinicians and clinicians new to community practice in speech pathology
• Achieve individual key performance indicators

Required profile

• Proven experience of at least 3 years in the role
• Tertiary education in Speech Pathology
• Registered with the Speech Pathology Association (SPA)
• Clinical experience in the disability sector (NDIS, My Aged Care - Home Care Package)
• Preferred: experience in an interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary allied health environment
• Excellent written, verbal and computer literacy
• Current driver's licence
