About the role

Shape the future of media measurement across Australia and New Zealand as the Product Solutions Lead – Pacific, owning the commercial go‑to‑market strategy and sales narrative for Nielsen’s audience‑measurement portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Set and execute the regional GTM agenda for Profiling, Planning and Ads Measurement, aligning demand with growth targets.
• Translate global product capabilities into market‑ready ANZ propositions and build structured sales plays.
• Develop value‑led packaging, pricing inputs, executive pitch narratives, battlecards and client‑facing collateral.
• Lead responses to strategic RFPs and tenders, supporting subscription, project and data‑licensing routes.
• Enable account teams with repeatable training, demo flows and objection‑handling tools.
• Gather market feedback to influence product roadmaps and track commercial performance metrics.

Required profile

• 7+ years in product marketing, solutions consulting, commercial strategy or media measurement.
• Deep knowledge of audience measurement, cross‑platform media planning and digital ad effectiveness.
• Proven ability to package complex data products into clear commercial narratives.
• Strong understanding of the Australian and New Zealand media and advertising ecosystems.
• Experience navigating matrixed organisations and communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Media or related field.

Required skills

• Expertise in audience measurement methodologies and deduplicated reach metrics.
• Ability to develop sales plays, pitch decks and battlecards.
• Strong executive presentation and workshop facilitation skills.
