Senior Site Manager – Luxury Residential Project

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the construction of a prestigious $15 million architecturally designed residence in Vaucluse, Sydney. You will work closely with an experienced Project Manager to deliver a high‑end, bespoke home from commencement through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations and all construction activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to maintain programme adherence.
• Drive quality control and ensure exceptional standards throughout every construction stage.
• Lead site safety initiatives and ensure compliance with WHS requirements.
• Conduct site meetings and liaise with architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Monitor construction sequencing, logistics, productivity, and resolve challenges proactively.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to achieve project milestones and successful delivery.

Required profile

• Trade‑qualified background, preferably in Carpentry.
• Proven experience managing luxury architecturally designed homes valued at $10 million+.
• Strong understanding of high‑end finishes and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent subcontractor management and leadership abilities.
• Sound knowledge of WHS regulations and construction best practice.
• Ability to maintain programme schedules while delivering superior workmanship.
