Senior Site Manager – High-Profile Commercial Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of high‑profile commercial construction projects across Perth and wider WA. You will work closely with Project Managers, contract administrators and site supervisors to ensure safety, quality and schedule targets are achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor on‑site teams to drive project outcomes.
• Manage subcontractors, on‑site operations and program milestones.
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements and company systems.
• Deliver projects to high quality with minimal rework.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients for seamless delivery.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction projects valued at $50M+.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven capability to manage and motivate teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Solid understanding of WA construction standards and safety protocols.
• Trade background and previous WA experience highly regarded.
