Senior SAP Project Manager (Talent Pool)

About the role

DyFlex, a leading SAP Platinum Partner in Australia and New Zealand, is building a talent pool of senior SAP Project Managers. This pool will be used for upcoming SAP implementation and support projects across a range of industries. The role can be based in any DyFlex office or worked remotely, with travel to national customers as required.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of single‑ and multi‑disciplinary SAP projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare and monitor installation schedules, timelines, and project documentation.
• Coordinate and direct project consultants to meet customer expectations and agreed deliverables.
• Maintain an effective document control system covering hand‑over, administration, and project closure.
• Produce regular internal project progress reports and liaise with customer BPOs on contractual requirements.
• Continuously improve delivery processes in line with DyFlex’s project methodology.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience managing medium‑scale, complex IT projects.
• Proven track record delivering SAP projects, preferably in a cloud environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and travel to client sites across Australia.
