Senior SAP BTP Cloud Integration Consultant

About the role

Zone IT Solutions is looking for an experienced Senior SAP BTP Cloud Integration Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP BTP Integration Suite, SAP Cloud Integration (CPI/CI) and SAP S/4HANA. The consultant designs, develops, tests, deploys and supports complex integrations between SAP S/4HANA and external logistics, retail, B2B/EDI and enterprise platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and support complex iFlows and reusable integration frameworks.
• Implement synchronous, asynchronous, event-driven, API-led, cloud-to-cloud and hybrid integrations.
• Integrate SAP S/4HANA with external logistics, retail, B2B/EDI and enterprise platforms.
• Work with REST, SOAP, OData, HTTP, SFTP, IDoc, AS2, Process Direct and web services.
• Develop Groovy scripts, XSLT, graphical mappings and data transformations using XML, JSON, CSV and EDIFACT.
• Manage exception handling, retries, monitoring, alerting, security, certificates, SSH, OAuth 2.0 and PGP.
• Troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis and provide production support for high-volume, business-critical integrations.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, SAP functional teams, developers, infrastructure teams and vendors.
• Prepare technical specifications, integration designs, test scenarios, operational documentation and stakeholder updates.

Required profile

• 5 to 8+ years of experience in SAP integration technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite / SAP Cloud Integration (CPI/CI) and designing complex iFlows.
• Good knowledge of XML, JSON, XPath, XSLT and data transformation.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, OData, HTTP, SFTP, IDoc, AS2 and Process Direct.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA integration and experience with API management and enterprise APIs.
• Experience with certificates, SSH keys, OAuth, PGP and other authentication mechanisms.
• Strong troubleshooting and production-support experience with high-volume, business-critical integrations.

Preferred skills

• SAP Integration Suite API Management, Open Connectors, Integration Advisor; SAP Cloud Connector.
• SAP SuccessFactors integration; SAP S/4HANA Cloud and RISE environments.
• SAP EWM, SAP Commerce Cloud and B2B/EDI integration experience.
• CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite migration from other integration systems.
• Familiarity with ITIL, ServiceNow and enterprise change-management processes.
